Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–12 business days for the United States, 8–15 business days for Europe, and 10–20 business days for other supported destinations. These timeframes are estimates and may vary because of carrier, customs, weather or peak-period delays.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is currently free for destinations available at checkout. Any optional upgraded service, when available, will be displayed before payment.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available. Products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels at no additional standard-shipping charge.

Address changes

Please contact support@thecompanionpets.com as soon as possible if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if an item arrives damaged, contact support@thecompanionpets.com with the order number and relevant photographs. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and propose the appropriate solution.
